I am a licensed clinical psychologist based in New York, NY, specializing in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for anxiety, OCD, and mood disorders. I believe in a “here-and-now” approach to therapy, with you in the driver seat and me, a savvy navigator, by your side. I help clients make sense of the patterns that keep them stuck, learn practical tools for change, and build lives guided by meaning and personal values.
Before becoming a psychologist, I worked in alcohol abuse research at The Scripps Research Institute in San Diego, CA, then trained at Yeshiva University’s Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology, where my work focused on health psychology, neuropsychology, and addictions. Outside the therapy room, I’m an enthusiastic home cook, proud father, and Formula 1 fan who loves learning new things and connecting with others.
